“Cutting deep fresh turns in perfect untracked powder in the untamed Backcountry of the high mountains is the Ultimate Snowboard experience!”
I started my Backcountry Snowboard Program way back in the winter of 1997 with the ‘Backcountry Intro Course’ and have been refining and developing the content ever since.
The BC Intro course is a full bore Backcountry Freeride/Splitboard course designed for the experienced rider looking to enter into the world of the serious Backcountry Freerider.
With the emphasis on Mountain Safety, the Backcountry Intro course will take you into the heart of the Chamonix Backcountry, teaching you how to look at, respect and learn from the terrain in which you ride.
This is the beginning of your journey into the World of Big Mountain riding and the start of your quest for the Ultimate descent.
Backcountry Freeriding is my passion and through my Backcountry program I invite you to step into the world of Big Mountain Freeriding and hope that you’ll enjoy it as much as I do”.
